Personally-Identifying Information / Information You Give Us.

Information Automatically Collected.
We automatically log information about you and your computer. How we use collected information

Please also note that under California law, businesses are only required to respond to a customer request once during any calendar year.
The California Online Privacy Protection Act requires that we outline our practice as it is related to federal do-not-track signals that may come from your browser. Because this signal does not often reflect the preference of our consumers, this website does not respond to it. Users may, however, request to opt out, as discussed earlier in this Agreement.
For International Users. This Site operates in the United States and as a result, the information we collect may be stored in the United States.
By using the Site, you acknowledge and agree that your information may be transferred to, used, processed, or held by Nuka Enterprises in the United States and in other countries, including countries outside of your country of residence and used for the purposes set out in this Policy. Our Obligations to you under the Privacy Shield

More specifically, we confirm that we adheres to the following Privacy Shield Principles of (1) Notice; (2) Choice; (3) Accountability for Onward Transfer; (4) Security; (5) Data Integrity and Purpose Limitation; (6) Access; and (7) Recourse, Enforcement and Liability in respect of any personal data received from the European Union and Switzerland. We are required to take certain steps when transferring personal information received from the European Union and Switzerland to third parties (such as including necessary contractual provisions in any third party contracts). We may be potentially liable in cases of onward transfer of EU and Swiss individuals' data received pursuant to the Privacy Shield to third parties.
How we protect your information
