I love Boost and it definitely works as it is advertised. My favorite 1906 products are Bliss and Go, and this one is a close third. One thing I did notice is that this pill begins dissolving very quickly (1-3 seconds), so it can make for an unpleasant experience when taking the pill, but if you get it down quickly, then it is not a big deal.
I was leary but I love all of the 1906 products that I've tried so far!!
